Our History
Keith Hull, who had a vision of an organization that could teach piloting skills to Christians committed to missionary work, started Wings For Christ in 1961. Over the years, Wings evolved to include relief efforts as well. In 1972, Keith moved the organization from Arizona to its present location outside of Waco to continue training pastors, missionaries, and lay people to use flying to further the Gospel. They also transported missionaries, dentists, and doctors to various destinations for relief efforts. Today, the banner of Wings For Christ covers a variety of activities, both collective and individual, that foster Christian growth and support in keeping with the mission of Christ’s church.
